Now that you have completed the replacement of the many water pipes here I should like you to know that I am very pleased with the way the work has been carried out by you and your colleagues.
There were unexpected problems as the ground was found to unusually full of bricks and stones. However these were readily dealt with and the forecourts etc. were left in a tidy condition.
